THE COURT:

modified as follows:
The first full paragraph on page 331 is deleted.
The first sentence of the second full paragraph on page 331 is revised to
read as follows: The Attorney General’s belated justification for the search fails.
This modification does not affect the judgment.

Robles, does admissibility of fruits of search in present case differ as to defendant Sanders, who was not subject to a search condition, as compared to defendant McDaniel who was? Chin, J., was absent and did not participate.
